Also, a Postdoctoral Student in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung, Indonesia. He is also a researcher at the Center for Decentralization & Participatory Development Research, FISIP, Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia.

His research interests relate to Local Government Studies, Resilience Governance, Economic Resilience, Ecosystem Organization, Sustainable Environment, Urban Resilience, Resilience Governance, Artificial Intelligence in Government, and Sustainable Future.

About the Journal

Government & Resilience (G&R), with registered ISSN numbers: 3032-2820 (Online) and 3032-7601 (Print), is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing research on governance, public policy, institutional development, and resilience. The journal publishes original and interdisciplinary research examining how governments, institutions, organizations, and communities respond and adapt to social, economic, technological, and environmental transformations. All manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process supported by an international editorial board with relevant scholarly and professional expertise. The journal is published by Dealings Publishing, in collaboration with the Fakultas Ilmu Sosial & Ilmu Politik - Universitas Islam Riau, with a commitment to academic quality, research integrity, editorial independence, transparency, and the broad dissemination of scholarly knowledge.

We accept research from inter- and multidisciplinary studies between the social and natural sciences that explore understanding of and solutions to government and resilience issues. The journal particularly encourages solutions-focused research.

Change of Publisher: Dealings Foundation Institute to Dealings Publishing

We are pleased to announce that Government & Resilience (G&R) will officially change its publisher from Dealings Foundation Institute to Dealings Publishing, effective [1 December 2026]. From Volume 4, Issue 2 (November 2026), the journal’s publisher will officially change from Dealings Foundation Institute to Dealings Publishing. All issues published from this volume and issue onward will be published under Dealings Publishing.

This change represents an administrative and publishing transition and does not constitute the establishment of a new journal. Government & Resilience (G&R) will continue under the same journal title, ISSN, publication history, volume and issue numbering, and editorial identity.
