Change of Publisher: Dealings Foundation Institute to Dealings Publishing

We are pleased to announce that Government & Resilience (G&R) will officially change its publisher from Dealings Foundation Institute to Dealings Publishing, effective [1 December 2026].

This change represents an administrative and publishing transition and does not constitute the establishment of a new journal. Government & Resilience (G&R) will continue under the same journal title, ISSN, publication history, volume and issue numbering, and editorial identity.

The journal's registered ISSNs remain unchanged:

  • Online ISSN (e-ISSN): 3032-2820
  • Print ISSN (p-ISSN): 3032-7601

All previously published articles remain part of the official publication record of Government & Resilience (G&R). Existing article DOIs, citation information, publication dates, volumes, issues, and article records will remain valid and will continue to be maintained.
